Each session is charged at £60 and usually lasts for 50 minutes.

Appointments are held in our central Southampton clinic. If you require an appointment in your own home, this is something that we can discuss.

The first appointment will be an assessment of your situation where you and your therapist will formulate a plan for treatment together. On some occasions there may be a need for a longer appointment time. This will be discussed with you by your therapist.

Payment can be through cheque, cash or bank transfer. Some therapists may be able to take card payments.
